These are actually great for your stomach. My son bought them for me so I wanted to re-order some more but there all melted together and I can't tell how much I would be consuming at one time as you can see they have not been open but they are great for your digestive system. I love these things. I took two a day for like a month until I finished them, exactly as directed. As you can see from the picture, I saw massive improvements in my nail health. I think everything else improved as well however it's harder to tell because there's other confounding factors when talking about skin or hair. However for nails, I didn't do anything different, other than take these gummies. Definitely will be continuing supplementing with this. However going forward, I think taking 1 gummy a day would be good for maintenance. No noticeable negative side effects. They also taste great.
