**UPDATE ONE YEAR LATER**I've taken 2 gummies every day for the last year, and although I raved about them initially with the instant nail growth (which still holds true), I've noticed ZERO improvement in my hair and skin. The nails do grow VERY quickly with these, but they're not stronger nor more resistant to breaking.
