After getting food poisoning from a restaurant I had a hard time getting my stomach back in order, I picked up the Olly probiotic and doubled up my dose and in 24 hours I immediately felt relief and the nausea I had felt for days was gone along with bloating and a long list of other symptoms I had been fighting! I tried taking collegen pills and they were huge and the dosage was 6 a day! These are a great little treat alternative. I eat two each morning. Easy to chew without getting stuck in your teeth like some gummies do.

I've been taking biotin 10,000 softgels for over a a year now. My nails grow faster and stronger and my the hair on my head also grows faster. The only downside for me is that i have been having several hairs grow on my chin that i need to pluck out every week or so.
