I have taken Vitamin E for many years and this seems to be a quality, and reliable source of it. I mainly take to maintain the health of my cardiovascular system, in particular, proper blood circulation. Keep in mind this is a fat soluable vitamin and you shouldn't overdo it (of course consult your doctor for any specific medical advice).
