had it delivered to my house along with groceries and the gummies (that should have been 60 individual) were massed together in 1 big melted lump...stuck to the side of the plastic container they come in. It was so melted that I couldn't pull them apart or separate them.

These capsules are small and easy to take. And I like the fact that you only need to take one a day. I stopped taking these for a couple of months and my nails started to split and break easily, so decided I really do need to take these.
