I got these because I have been having a lot of health issues and I wanted to test my FSH levels to see if that might be something I needed to talk to my doctor about.They seem to work, of course, there's no way to know that for sure unless you do extensive testing, but it can at least give you something to talk to your doctor about and give them a reason to listen (because for some reason doctors refuse to test hormones...).If you're looking to get a starting point for further hormone testing, this might be a good option for you.

My girlfriend uses these to check if she's fertile and they appear to align with her Persia app she uses. Instructions are clear and test results are relatively quick. Does the job as intended. Wish there were more in the pack at this price to be a better value.

So I have TTC at an advanced age for at least a year and a half. I have been getting my LH, FSH, estradiol, and progesterone tested for years now for multiple reasons as I have had several health issues with hormones. Each test is best tested at different times.The FSH test with blood is tested at day 3 of your cycle as the baseline, so 3 days after you have bright red blood. Try and catch your urine in a sterile cup after you have peed out a little so any blood that is on the outside will be flushed off first and then read so you aren't dipping into red urine.That would be how I figured it would be. I cannot find anywhere to find out which day to test via urine. So I have decided to test every Sunday along with day 3 when it arrives. Some sites say every few days, some say day 3. There are a wide range of testing times. I am not about to use all my test strips testing all the time and needing to buy more.So far I have taken 2 tests and both negative so far, so that is a good sign. My period is coming up soon so I will be testing again and will update if I notice any difference. My FSH levels have been increasing via blood but I have been supplementing with fertility supplements that help with ovulation. In short, a higher FSH could indicate menopause or some other ovarian disorders. If you get a positive, especially prematurely, I'd recommend seeing a healthcare specialist. I'd actually recommend one anyway if you are concerned enough to be taking these tests.Much more info needs to be added to the instructions on when to use the tests.
