Even though this test kit comes with a lengthy set of instructions, the test itself is very simple. Just dip a strip in a small amount of urine (use your own specimen collection vessel) for ten seconds until the control line appears, then wait for at least ten, but no longer than 20 minutes. If the test line is darker than the control, you may be in menopause. If the test line is lighter than the control line or non-existent, you probably aren't. If you have a positive test, it should be repeated in a couple of weeks since non menopausal women fluctuate in FSH.

One soft gel a day works. Not immediately, obviously. After several months (3), my nails were growing stronger and quicker. My skin became softer/healthier appearance along with daily face washing routine. My hair grows at a faster rate than before and is healthy. This supplement is wonderful in my opinion, and we know what that's worth?
