I've been using this supplement for a few years. It's the best supplement for thinning hair. It adds volume and is an all round great vitamin to strengthen and encourage growth. I also prefer Spring Valley Supplements.

These were shipped through the mail. They were all stick together in one big wad. I would not recommend having them shipped. They were also discolored I believe it was probably too hot to be shipped. Should have return them just too lazy. I would send a photo, but I can't get them out of the bottle.

I've ordered these for years and my most recent order was yellow capsules w/ clearly separated contents within the capsules compared to solid white capsules. It concerns me that they are not safe to take and no mention of a formulary and packaging change. That's really concerning.
