These taste good but that's about it. Typically when I take melatonin I'm asleep within 15 to 30 minutes and I stay asleep. With these, not only could I not fall asleep but when i finally did, I was awake 2 or 3 hours later. Even my son said they are terrible.

I need to take magnesium because of night leg cramps. This product makes it easy to do so with no harm to my teeth. Mist adults need more magnesium because this mineral is less abundant in vegetable growing soil than it used to be. I had no stomach upset with this product. I have reordered.

I really want to purchase these but the labeling is completely unclear!!! There is no nutrition label or supplement label in the ad photos to view to show what it contains and in what amounts. The main photo shows 2,150 mg of magnesium per serving but the item description that was written further down the page clearly states 200mg per serving of magnesium... The photos also state that the product contains three types of magnesium but the ingredients list only shows magnesium glycinate? A few people have uploaded photos of the back label and they also show 200 mg of just magnesium glycinate with no no mag citrate or mag malate on the label? Which is it!? Improper labeling is a big red flag for me and I'm not sure how so many other people have missed this... I won't order unless I know this info. Happy to change my review too, if things are fixed and the company (which is supposed to be in the USA) updates their stuff to make it more clear. Without that info, I see this product as very untrustworthy. There are so many scam products on Amazon these days sadly.

i found these at another store but Walmart has a better price. I take two a day and they help keep me regulated.

I found this item at our local CVS and then they didn't have it anymore. Capsules easy to swallow.

The LH testing strips work! Used them for two months and got pregnant on the second month! The pregnancy tests strips don't really pick up early detection. I kept getting negative tests when I was pregnant. I ended up having to get a different brand to find out I was pregnant. Other than that it works!
