It's a decent supplements. In gummy forms, they are definitely easier to take than other pill forms that tend to make me gag. But the flavors are a bit too sweet for me. Also, they contents slightly melted in transit and all became one goop which made it less convenient. Overall, good stuff.

This stuff works really well and I love it not only does it put you to sleep it helps you relax. I also do not feel tired in the morning after I take it and I don't sleep in. I will say it gives me really weird dreams but that's whatever.

All the other Olly gummies I have are really great tasting. This one was a miss though. It's heavy on the "botanicals" flavor and less on blackberry. It works though. I take one before bed and drift off to sleep.

I think this is an excellent brand and I was very happy to try these gummies. It's important to have a great immune system. I take these every day, taste is delicious the flavors are good. Texture is good and easy to chew. I feel great knowing I'm taking these vitamins and I think it helps with my immune system. I definitely recommend it and I will be buying these in the future again.
