While these have a pleasant smell the taste is not up to park. They don't look anything like the photo shown on the front as the photo shows that they are a combination of pink and Orange and as you can see the. Rings are a deep purple color. They are hard to chew considering they are gummies and not what I expected.

I have taken these after working night shift as a nurse and they really seem to get me through sleeping through the day! I would recommend these to any of my friends.

I started taking these supplements to help me sleep and they were great at first! The taste was good and I always woke up feeling refreshed. Unfortunately, after a while, they seemed to lose their effectiveness and I stopped using them. Still, I'd recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a sleep aid.

I bought these to help my 15 year old son sleep because he has trouble falling asleep at night. The first night my son tried these he didn't love the taste but BOOM he was asleep in 15 minutes!! He then continued to sleep through the night and when he woke up he was still groggy. He texted me from school that morning complaining that he was still groggy through that morning into lunchtime. We decided to tryout just 1 gummy and that has continued to work amazingy for him. The taste isn't great but it is not bad, it's do able and not an issue. The taste is nothing compared to all the sleep deprived days of old that he experienced before these gummy's!

Ive been enjoying these for about 2 years and they have made a noticeable difference in my hair, even my hairstylist of 25 years noticed the improvement. I typically purchase 4 bottles at a time because I live in Texas and when the weather gets hot, these gummies stick together in the bottle and become a giant blob. I had just ran out of my last bottle and went to my favorite retailer to purchase and when I got them home and opened the bottle, these were different! Thinner, different color and tasted horrible. I will return the unopened bottles, but don't think I will be purchasing again until the old recipe/formula returns.
