Olly sleep knock me out in the best way possible. I get a little drowsy in the morning after I take one but these are great when you need a good night sleep

i work in very physically demanding environment: gun store manager. We sell guns and ammo among other Law enforcement items. well we get at least 2 pallets of ammo every week and daily showing guns. between these 2 items, my nails were nonexistent. i hated it. I had tried other biotin gummies and as long as you continually take these, they work. now thats saying something when i am rough on my hands all day long. like taking apart firearms, throwing cases of ammo, packing and shipping items, moving pallets. definitely get these! (i am only measuring on my nails as that is what i have wanted to take it for, but my hair has been looking great, too)

The taste in my opinion was like a off brand jelly bean. Not horrible but not great tasting. You do get more for what you pay and in the end it's for you hair not taste.

I have been struggling with sleep and my 7 year old. He will be up until midnight or later sometimes worried about bad dreams or something scary. We decided to add this to our routine and it's been a welcome, gentle start. Two gummies work best for him and although he still gets up once or twice during the night, it at least helps him fall asleep peacefully. I love the low dose and other natural additions as well.

Has a lot of great benefits but the smell/taste is awful

I love these gummies! I have tried melatonin before and it's worked but left we with a terrible hangover feeling in the morning, These are one of the only brands that work and don't leave me groggy all day! Totally Recommend! ?

These are alright. I wouldn't say they directly put me to sleep but can somewhat help. They taste good & are are a great value. I actually got a sample of these before I purchased them.

They don't taste horrible and you don't feel like you got hit by as bus when you wake up in the morning. I have tried different olly products before and really like them all

I love these, they give me good sleep but not where j am groggy & tired the next day. I take one on the nights I have a hard time falling asleep. Seriously the best ever and great flavor.

When I take one of these before bed, I fall asleep and don't awaken until morning. Wvwn the low 5mg dose makes a big difference for me. But everyone is different.

These taste so good?hard to not take more than you're supposed to! I don't know if I notice a significant difference in a better sleep but I think it helped me fall asleep. I did however experience vivid weird dreams!
