I buy this for my grandparents who are in their mid 80's and have given them it the past 8 months. Before using this my grandparents were very slow mentally and seemed like borderline dementia. I honestly noticed a huge difference in their brain function since through communication and activities and now order these regularly!

I love these! I've been taking antibiotics on and off for the past year and was starting to not feel myself. Overall I'm happy so far and have no complaints! I actually feel a difference with them compared to other probiotics I had taken in the past. I use natures bounty melatonin quite often to help me fall asleep. I havent seen too much of a difference between brands in effectiveness (melatonin is melatonin) so I typically go for the most affordable option which is sometimes this one. Overall Id recommend it!

These vitamins are extremely chewy and taste just like candy. Worth trying out. I have not noticed a huge difference in my skin after taking these. I do enjoy them and will definitely purchase again.

I loved this at first. It made me fall asleep quickly which is was having so much trouble with. Are a few months your body builds up a resistance, though, so only use it for a while and then try going without it.
