I posted this in my other review but I have a love/hate relationship with melatonin ????? I think it's a hit or miss whether it's going to work... I think sometimes the lower strengths work better?? But that could just be me... I usually get the 10 mg but sometimes I get this and take 2! It's all about what's on sale!! Natures Bounty Melatonin 5 Mg 90 is one of the best melatonin products out there! I trust natures bounty for all of my other vitamins and supplements. Give it a shot! I take the Naturelo Omega-3 fish oil capsules every day. I am a petite female, so the size of the capsules, is too large for me to swallow whole. I tried that three times. Once, I swallowed the capsule easily. The next two times that I tried to swallow the capsule whole, I choked on it. No biggie. I place a capsule in my mouth and move it around a bit, to moisten it, then I just chew it up. I chew it until all of the oil is released. I have been taking Naturelo supplements for about two years or more. My blood work at my doctor's office has been perfect every since I have been taking this brand of supplements. I have been working on getting into a healthier routine. I never really cared too much about it before but I realize as time goes on, I am not getting any better. I am doing a combinations of diet, exercise and eating less but much more often. I was looking for something to supplement my "new better version" me with a probiotic. I spent some time researching different kinds and I chose this one. Its only been a few days but here is what I have been feeling less bloated, less heavier after eating, less tired after eating. I believe this has been helping my digestion and overall gut health. Only time will tell if it continues but so far so good.

My kids really dont like these and I cant eat them because of how much sugar is packed in. What a waste of money.

I work night shifts occasionally and this works every time. Just make sure to dim the lights once you take this since melatonin gets released when it is dark. It also has no sugars which is a big plus since many people take these pills after brushing.

They taste good and it took my stomach about a week to get used to them but now I'm feeling great.

It didnt seem to do anything for me but i tried to take it for a month and give it some time but i still had a hard time falling asleep

Easy to swallow and helps with my migraines. I haven't noticed any taste

1-2 of these will have me fall asleep faster than i can choose a tv show .. hahaha okay not literally but i have such a hard time falling asleep and some nights these really are needed and help.
