i've been using these for a couple weeks now. i have a bad stomach and intestines and stuff so i have to take probiotics all the time. these are some of the tastiest things i've ever eaten. i have to stop myself from eating the whole container LOL

Like the low dose as it helps me quickly fall asleep but doesn't wake me up when it wears off. Some of the higher dosages make me wake up in the middle of the night wide awake whereas this one doesn't do that. Fairly affordable and travels well.
