I had never tried a probiotic supplement before - I was trying to make my stomach happy with Greek yogurt, and it wasn't enough. I had chemo a year ago, then shingles, so my gut flora was off from all the antiviral and antibiotics I had been given....I chose these probiotics after reading the reviews on how tasty they are - and they were right!Like a little treat that makes my stomach hum! After one week; my guts felt better, my mood improved, and am all over impressed - so impressed, I checked to see if they were still on sale, and bought another bottle for next month :)Great flavor & happy belly... win/win!!

So I love olly vitamins but I feel like these have a strange tart taste and a thicker texture when you chew them. Maybe I got an off batch but I was not impressed with these.

These work extraordinarly well to get you to fall asleep. Unfortunately, they tend to have a wear off effect after about 6 hours of sleep causing you to wake up with a 50/50 shot of falling back asleep again. Would recommend if you are sleep deprived and even 6 hours would mean everything to your being able to function.

Must have in hand at all times. I never know when I am not going to be able to sleep. Take this and it helps me drift off and stay asleep. It's not habit forming and it works.

It is a capsule so you wouldn't expect it to have any taste at all as you swallow it. But it leaves a terrible taste in your mouth. Have took them for a week or more, going to return or throw them in the trash.
