It helps. It will take several months, but it helps. Make sure you take it with food, and not with the swing of coffee, like I had been doing, until I learned it would make me nauseous for an hour. But I think this is one of the best friends out there.

very disappointed this seemed like a great deal untill you realize your paying more for less. shrink flation. i was buying the 75ct at sams club for $15. saw 132ct for $20 at walmart thought wow what a great deal. when in reality you spend $5 more to get even less. it be like normally paying $15 for a large pizza, and paying $20 for a super size pizza but getting a medium pizza cut into a million slices. now these are the size of jelly beans. i guess next ones will be tic tac size and be a 500ct... funny thing is they still having it look big on their photo's. false advertising marketing ploy.
