The shipping was fine and it got here in a good timely manner. Everything was good with the package. I've been taking this for almost a month and I think it has helped with my nails and hair. As far as my hair, I've had a little less hair loss, but I also use Nioxin Shampoo/Conditioner for my hair. So I'm not sure how well the vitamin would work alone. And, as far as my nails, I've experienced a lot less nail peeling, breaking, and chipping. Overall, I would definitely say to give Spring Valley Biotin Hair/Skin/Nails Supplement a try. It's also priced reasonably, so yeah, a good product.

I love these biotin! I have been taking them for several years. They make my hair a lot thicker. I have very fine hair so these help my hair look and feel thicker. They help my nails grow too but because I have diabetes they break so I really take these biotin mostly for my hair.
