It's not a huge difference and things with maca or other natural plant stuff could potentially take up to 3 months to start working in someone's body.But I'm pretty sure I can feel the difference especially when I take 2.

this is the way I prefer to take my vitamin C and zinc. the flavor is so tart and intense that it reminds me that I'm taking something like an orange and the flavor is just off the charts. so I tend to want to use it in the morning and at night just for the flavor alone reminding me to take it. it's kind of expensive though.
