This product helped me quit chewing tobacco, the only downside is the pouches break sometimes. If you flip the pouch around a lot in your mouth it may break. The taste is great, minty with just a slight burn at first. I tried the snuff and it seemed more like ground up black licorice than imitation tobacco, too fine and leaked all over throughout my mouth durning use. Anyhow, the pouches are a good alternative to tobacco and I have been quit for over a year now, when ever I had an urge to chew I just threw one of these pouches in and it would help get my mind off of it and I was a heavy chewer of tobacco. Hope this info helps.
