Started taking two in the morning. Needed to be up many times. Didn't get much sleep. Next week: Changed to one in the morning & one at night. No problem with sleep. Since I have multiple injuries it's only been 2 1/2vweeks but seem to be able to tolerate working hard pretty well. Will review again soon.

I do get a slight lemony taste if I don't eat enough food with this fish oil supplement, but it's actually pleasant. You can taste the quality, lol.
