Though a mistake was made in the delivery address of one of the Jamons I ordered, it was swiftly and very satisfactorily corrected when I contacted Jamonarium. The quality of the Jamons was excellent. I shall certainly order from Jamonarium again.

Awesome taste.

However, there is a high percentage of fat on the smaller side (babilla), but I assume this is expected. Also several external areas on this part are harder and have to be discarded.

I have not cut the bigger side (Maza) yet.

nice lightly salted bellota taste, not so powerfull as i thought, taste more like bagleg with the acorn frontleg taste. cant be uses for many purposes.
