*** was good. Customer service was very responsive, some *** was missing and They managed to re-ship right away and got it the next day, just in time for our party. Definitely will be back for more.

describing wine is not my forte but this is the 2nd or 3rd case of *** *** D.O. Rioja that I have ordered so it speaks for itself. Superb long flavour, very oaky... delicious.

I prefer to slice *** myself but there are times when ready sliced *** is much more convenient. For quality sliced *** you really cant do much better than this product.

I received parcel within 24h and the most amazing thing is that instead of 1.8 kg of *** de campo I got 2.1 kg of fantastic piece :)). I really appreciate that and since this is only the second time I bought iberico from Jamonarium I am sure that they will see my name more frequently on the order list :). Just keep up doing a great job!

I have received many shipments of goods from Jamanarium to the UK and have been very satisfied indeed with every single order. The delivery is prompt and the quality of goods received has always been excellent. I hope this service to the UK continues post-brexit!

This rating is for the ham itself. It had a strange taste and smell from the start, not like other iberico hams I'd had before. I thought it might get better, but it got worse. I contacted Jamonarium to let them know, but didn't receive a response initially, so I turned the ham over to try from the other side. I had to cut a lot of fat off before coming to any meat. I sent some pictures to Jamonarium to say I had a lot of waste and it was very poor value for money. They did then respond about the smell/taste and said I had to return the ham with 30 days AND it had to be at least 80% of original weight. I could not do this as I had cut a lot of fat off. I told them this but they have not responded back again. I would NOT buy from Jamonarium again because they use nitrates in ALL but one of their hams, they smell/taste strange (not nice at all), quality of the ham (so much wasted fat) and the poor customer service.

Hello Charalambos, Thanks for your review. Your order was placed the 22nd of November.You first contact us the 7th January with this issue. We ask you for pictures and for the possibility of returning the piece. There was no option to be returned because it has gone. The pictures show a shoulder almost finished. We explain you that if the shoulder is not eaten and its not fine, we ship it back, of course. However, if the ham has almost gone and it have been a month and a half from the day it was delivered, we can't change the piece. I hope you understand our position, we need to have some conditions about how to proceed in case of a problem with the hams. If you feel the ham is not ok, when you open it, contact us and we will solve the issue. The matter of the fat was not reflected in the pictures at all, because there was not fat left. I'm sorry you are not satisfy with our service, we try to be really fair with all our customers and always be there if our products are not correct, which is really rare. We hope you could trust us again in the future. Kind regards
