I am somewhat at a loss to see what you could do better with regard to improvements as the whole service from ordering to delivery is first class, (perhaps that is why I am a returning customer), the support you give is exceptional.
The one thing that you give (many customers will find extremely helpful) is the email when receiving the ham showing information on how to slice/cut your ham.
I would fully recommend *** to all out there.
