I had a problem with your deliver - I re ordered from last year with the same delivery address and the delivery arrived at the billing address rather than the shipping address - you need to have a clear step on the web site for delivery like Amazon s

Hello Susan, We really regret you had your delivery address mistaken. We try that all the purchase process is as easy as possible. On the cart page, on the left hand side you can choose the delivery address between the list of addresses you have. It's possible that the one you have selected is not the one of the last year order. This should be checked. We are sorry for this issue, we work hard to have our shop online as easy to use as it can, but we are not Amazon, and we don't want to be. I hope your ham finally arrive to the good delivery address and the person gifted is enjoying it. Thanks for your trust Susan and see you soon.
