*** HI - I have ordered a couple of times from Jamonarium and it has been absolutely fantastic. This ham was not as good. It did not have the nutty aroma that should have made it special. I guess that happens - not all hams will be perfect but compared to my previous experience this was not as good I am sorry to say. ***

Thanks.Very good shoulder ham. I’ll recommend to anyone. Just a small detail,this shoulder ham as more animal fat in the middle of the shoulder, still very good quality.
