Questa è una proporzione molto importante. Cerchiamo di selezionare prodotti con la giusta quantità di grasso in modo che non siano né troppo secchi né troppo grassi. Se mai dovessi ricevere uno dei nostri prosciutti o spalle e riscontrassi un reale eccesso di grasso, ti preghiamo di contattarci via email e cercheremo di risolvere il problema.
