Pour l'instant je suis satisfait du produit, au niveau de la commande -rapide, efficace- j'ai ouvert l'emballage le produit est conforme aux images, mais je ne l'ai pas encore gouté car cela demande que cela se fasse entre ami"e"s , je connais déjà le gout du pata negra mais pas encore de cette enseigne, je me permettrai de faire un retour -surement positif -, cela reste pour l'instant optatif. Il peggior prosciutto mai acquistato, una quantità industriale di grasso rancido molte parti legavano la lingua come mangiare cachi crudi . Una quantità di scarto impressionante , alla fine il mangiabile esiguo e non eccellente . Delusione totale .

Buongiorno Luigi, grazie per i tuoi commenti; ci aiutano a migliorare. Vorrei sottolineare che la spalla Bellota 100% iberica contiene circa il 60% del suo peso totale di grasso e ossa. Questa è una proporzione molto importante. Cerchiamo di selezionare prodotti con la giusta quantità di grasso in modo che non siano né troppo secchi né troppo grassi. Se mai dovessi ricevere uno dei nostri prosciutti o spalle e riscontrassi un reale eccesso di grasso, ti preghiamo di contattarci via email e cercheremo di risolvere il problema. Ogni pezzo è diverso e ha le sue caratteristiche. Restiamo in attesa di un tuo riscontro. Grazie in anticipo!

Tout était parfait ! Reçu très rapidement, parfait pour un cadeau d'anniversaire. Je cherchais un bon jambon à un prix qui rentre dans mon budget, pour quelqun qui aime beaucoup ça ! Et c'était au delà de mes espérances ! Tout était en bon état, bien protégé. Le jambon, un paleta de belota 50% race iberique, était vraiment très bon. Un régal, plein de saveur, texture extra.
Nous n'avons pas encore goûté le vin. Mais ça donne envie d'y aller les yeux fermés pour la suite. Je recommande à 100%
