Bonjour Eric, Merci de votre avis. Oui, le sausisson ibérique Bellota est un peu gras. La charcuterie ibérique comme le chorizo ou sausisson ont pas mal de gras ibérique avec la viande du porc ibérique. Nous avons d'autres sausissons qui ont moins de gras et sont plus maigre. Voyez dans notre categorie de Sausissons, le sausisson paysan ou ce de Riera Ordeix. À bientôt!
