Gracias Mauro por tu comentario. Es verdad que algún sobre de paleta sale con lonchas un poco pequeñas. En el corte de una paleta, que ya es de por si de lochas más pequeñas que el jamón, sale algún sobre con trocitos más pequeños. Es porque es de la zona del codillo, la zona más cercana a la pezuña. Esta zona que tiene una loncha más pequeña es a la vez una de las más sobrosas de la paleta por estar rodeando al hueso. Espero este pedido te lleguen cortes de difernetes partes. Ich bin vom Jamon, aber auch von der Wurst und dem Olivenöl begeistert. Es hat ein kleines Zustellproblem bei Fedex gegeben, wobei sich auch da Jamonarium sofort eingeschaltet und geholfen hat, obwohl es nicht in der Verantwortung von Jamonarium gelegen wäre. Die Lieferung hat sich so um 1 Tag verzögert.
Danke - ich werde wieder bestellen.

Die Wurst ist absolut o.k., jedoch der Schinken ist das Geld nicht annähernd wert.
Ich habe schon in Spanien im Supermarkt 10 mal bessere gekauft und das um wesentlich weniger Geld, nämlich zum 1/3 Preis den sie verlangen.
