Compré una Paleta iberica en Jamonarium y quedé encantado con la calidad y el servicio. La paleta tenía un sabor suave y delicado, con un punto justo de sal. El corte fue muy fácil y el envío muy rápido. Me gustó mucho el detalle de que me enviaran informacón con consejos para cortar y conservar el jamón. Un gran acierto!
