Le jambon est sec d’un côté et de l’autre est bien.
Je suis déçu de la qualité
Mais le goût est bon, je m’attendais au moins à ce qu’il soit pareil des deux cotés.
Là qualité n’est pas ce qu’il était indiqué

Bonjour Christine, merci pour votre commentaire. Les ingrédients de nos produits vous pouvez les voir dans la fiche technique dans la page du produit. Il faut dire que c'est difficile de trouvez jambon ibérique sans conservateurs, nous avons le jambon Joselito para exemple. Il faut savoir que les conservateurs du jambon ne sont pas infiltres, seulement son absorbés avec la sel. Les jambons en frais ils sont enterrés en sel pendant quelques jours. Dans cette sel il y sont mélanges les conservateurs. C'est tout. Nous sommes en train de voir de reduirles dans le future. À bientôt!
