Das perfekt vakzinierte Produkt wurde innerhalb v 2 Tagen nach DE geliefert. Einfach klasse. Der Cecina ist er innen recht weich, was den Geschmack nach „rohem Fleisch“ mitbringt. Meiner Meinung nach könnte er noch 1-2x im Rauch hängen.

C'est 8 kilo de graisse avec très peu à dégusté.
Le jambon est de bonne qualité cependant lors de mon achat je ne pensais pas acheter un jambon pour avoir que du gras, limite honteux

Bonjour Jules, merci pour votre avis. La commande que nous avons de votre part c'est de une épaule de cebo 50% ibérique de 6Kg, pas de 8Kg. Il faut savoir que les épaules ont au tour de 60% du poids de gras et oss. L'épaule (patte davant) a beacoup plus de gras que le jambon (patte arriere), et aussi un rapport de viande et oss plus bas.
