Wir haben einen Joselito Vorderschinken bestellt und wie immer pünktlich geliefert bekommen.
Als wir Ihn auspackten waren wir ein wenig erstaunt, denn trotz der recht kurzen Lieferzeit war der Schinken voller Schimmel und ungewöhnlich weich. Da der Besuch am nächsten Tag kam hatten wir keine Chance des Wechsels und ich muss ausdrücklich sagen das bisher alle Schinken in einem Top Zustand angekommen sind.
Wir haben gerettet was ging aber auch das eigentliche Schinkenfleisch war weich und schmeckte nicht.
Wir versuchen es nochmal aber dieser „König der Schinken“ war nix

Hallo Jürgen, Thanks for your review. I regret the shoulder you pruchased was not as you expected. Joselito shloulder and hams come with its paper wrapping so we can't have a look on them. When a ham is wrap a long time can make a little of mold, it is not a big deal, just the ha letting the humidity out of it. This is the process of drying. If that happends you should clean the mod and let it 48h drying in the air. It may be enough. If the ham is not good taste or not good drying, that's deifferent.
