Hello Raffaele, thanks for your comments, we improve everyday. About your issue, we would need to see the shoulder, at least in pictures to be able to see what happened. We try to select the hams in it's average quantity of fat and drying. It could happend that one piece has too much fat. Our Warranty conditions are clear, if that happends you can send it back and we change it. Looking forward to hearinf from you. Kind regards.

Cerchiamo di selezionare i prosciutti nella sua media quantità di grasso e asciugatura. Potrebbe succedere che un pezzo abbia troppo grasso.
