Bien sur, vos jambons sont excellents. Heureusement à 500 euros l' unité. Mais jamais il ne suinte l huile infiltrée. Pourquoi ? Je viens de passer quatre jours en ESPAGNE. J' ai mangé chez MENDAUR BERIA à SAN SEBASTIAN, le jambon suait. Puis chez GURE TORKI à BILBAO, même chose. Y aurait il des jambons inférieurs pour les particuliers et des très bons pour les restaurateurs qui débitent beaucoup plus. A vous lire. Cordialement.
