Comme toujours depuis plusieurs années les différents produits commandés chez Jamonarium arrive dans les 24 heures ( il faut dire que j'habite au sud de la France) et sont d'une saveur excellente .
je n'ai jamais été deçu .....
en particulier les jambons ou epaule Pata Negra ballotta que je préfère maintenant désossé car plus facile à utiliser et à conserver.
Le chorizo ibérique ballota une merveille
Je vais essayer le Saucissón de Vic cular .....
avec plaisir sûre de me régaler avec mon épaule Josélito
À essayer aussi la ventrèche de thon en boîte une merveille
