Esta paleta superó mis expectativas con creces. Es difícil encontrar piezas de tan buena calidad y a tan buen precio. Yo escogí la pieza de 5.75 kilos porque así me lo recomendaron por número de comensales y la medida ha sido perfecta.

Por si no fuera poco, me despreocupé completamente del envío y llegó perfectamente al norte de Italia en 48 horas, antes de lo esperado. Creo que no se puede pedir más. Gracias a todo el equipo de Jamonarium.
