I always buy boneless pieces because I think it is more comfortable to consume. This one is of very good quality too and easy to storage.

One of the best hams I have ever tried from Extremadura. Bellota hams are always a safe option and I found this one very delicious. Size is very convenient too.

It is a lovely iberico piece and there is no a big budget needed. The fat and meat proportion is very good. Its flavour is very tasty and sweet. Very recommended.
