Como ustedes ya conocen por los correos que nos hemos cruzado, el jamón que me enviaron está en periodo de curación, para nada cumple con las normas de la DOP.. y lo peor de todo es la respuesta por parte de ustedes que no ha habido respuesta. Esto conllevará a que sea el último jamón que les pida. Es una pena que aún viendo las imágenes que les envié hayan pasado del tema.

El jamón tiene buen aspecto, y seguro que es de excelente calidad, pero hacemos grandes esfuerzos para no tomar ni dextrosa, ni maltosa, ni similar, y para mi sorpresa, en la etiqueta ponía que llevaba dextrosa. La dextrosa es glucosa pura con un índice glucémico superior al del azúcar (IG de 100) y eleva muy rápidamente la glucemia, lo que contribuye a desarrollar resistencia a la insulina y diabetes. Un jamón curado sólo con sal es de lo más natural y SANO (el motivo por el que lo compré), pero si le añadimos dextrosa, la cosa cambia. No compraré otra vez sin poder ver la etiqueta con los aditivos que lleve el producto.
