Llevo años comiendo jamón ibérico y este me ha sorprendido gratamente por.su calidad y sabor. Es diferente, pero no tiene nada que envidiar a los ibéricos de Salamanca, Extremadura y/o Huelva.

Han estado mucho mejor los recibido a través de Iberocomio. Está jamón tiene la parte interior excesivamente duro, es casi imposible cortarlo y comerlo. Además tengo la impresión que ya le habían dado un corte en la parte superior que han intentado tapar con algo. La parte que está pegada a la corteza está bien.
