Muy bueno de sabor, sin exceso de grasa y con un buen punto de sal que no enmascara el sabor. Como no especifiqué el grado de curación me enviaron uno que ellos mismos eligieron que supongo tiene mucha aceptación, para mi gusto hubiera preferido uno más blandito, (lo tomo con pan integral blando, calentito, aceite y tomate rallado) así que la próxima vez lo pediré con curación media o poca . Excelente sabor a queso natural el semicurado Hontanar. Repetiré. José L.
