El sabor es exquisito y la curación también. Llego en el tiempo previsto. La forma de pago y el envío muy sencillo y eficiente. Creo que prácticamente nadie se arrepentirá de adquirir un producto así, son 9 kilos para 2 personas y no nos cansamos de el.

Excelente sabor y con la justa infiltración de grasa. Un buen grado de secado, quizás hubiera sido interesante en esta pieza un poco menos. Un jamón para deleitarse y disfrutar de sus aromas y sabores.. sin duda que para repetir.
