El jamón, de ensueño pero eso de meter en la caja del jamón con lo grande que es y que no se enfría más bien el meter una sobrasada y longaniza llego la sobrasada derretida lo siento pero por eso le tengo que dar 3 estrellas el jamón de 5 más. La sobrasada la tire a la basura y no es barata además que me quedé con las ganas de comermela

Creo q en la conserva y hablo por lo q conozco de mi infancia
Podrían hacer una variante q se pueda utilizar en ranchos realzando el sabor con las costillas..
Hace tiempo probé una de un amigo..q creo q compraron no recuerdo ...q sabía como más dorada y un gran sabor ..no tipo cocida..
Y como digo en un rancho sería
brutal,también comentar como q se puede usar en comidas estaría bien
Quizás es porq lo fríen adobado antes con pimentón.. no se
....

Aunque me recuerda a las conservas caseras de mi familia ..para mi gusto he visto otras marcas q no consigo encontrar..tampoco es una conserva de mi devoción..pero las hay con mejor terminación e incluso con un sabor perfecto para guisar tipo paella como doradas y quizás ahumadas..
Lo más positivo no llevar en los ingredientes ningún conservante..y supongo q se puede utilizar para guisar..
