Buenos días,

Ayer me llego mi pedido de Jamones Castelfrio, me pedí un jamón deshuesado en 4 piezas DOP TERUEL, que se supone ha tenido mas de 30 meses de curación. Cual fue mi sorpresa que al abrir una pieza, exactamente uno de los tacos del centro va y me encuentro una parte de esta pieza cruda o sea de curación 30 meses nada, no me había pasado esto en la vida. Luego llamo a los señores de Castelfrio y no me cogen el teléfono. Vaya servicio de atención al cliente, Felicidades!!!

Como no me han cogido el teléfono me he visto en la obligación de dejar mi humilde comentario aquí, ya que por lo que veo, es la única forma que a uno le hagan caso. Quería enviar fotos de esta pieza medio cruda, que si me las piden se las enviaré encantado. Las piezas restantes aun no las he abierto y miedo me da, pero bueno como uno es apañao las colgare en la despensa unos meses y me iré a la competencia a comprar otro jamón.

Que fácil hubiera sido cogerme el teléfono y hablarlo, en fin!! hasta aquí mi experiencia y mi historia con esta empresa.
