Hice el pedido el 29 de noviembre para el 8 de enero. Hasta el 12 de diciembre todo fue bien, pero después de dar el visto bueno al diseño, la comunicación se volvió irregular. El 7 de enero, sin actualizaciones, tuve que insistir para saber el estado. Finalmente llegó pero con bastante estrés por mi parte al no tener información clara.

Desde el primer momento mantienen contacto contigo y te van mostrando el proceso del Funko. La atención es muy cuidada, así como el trato. En todo momento están pendientes de que el resultado sea de tu agrado. La verdad es que ha sido una grata sorpresa poder dar con esta empresa. Cumplen con lo pactado en todo momento al igual que con los plazos. Las figuras vienen perfectamente embaladas. Si estás dudando, no lo hagas más. Yo después de investigar mucho, di con ellos y la verdad es que los resultados son increíbles.

Fue una experiencia estupenda tanto con el trato recibido como con el resultado final.
Se lo regalé a mi chico y le encantó.
La empresa se puso en contacto conmigo via WhatsApp y estuvimos en contacto durante todo el proceso para recrearlo a la perfección y dar detalles a todas las figuras tanto personajes humanos como el animal que escogí y el resultado fue maravillo.
Agradezco mucho a la empresa por todo,quedará estupendo en nuestra casa.

La atención al detalle, lo bien organizadas que están las fases y lo atentos que son da mucha tranquilidad a lo largo del proceso. El resultado ha sido impecable la verdad, tenía miedo de cómo podría salir el logo que les pedí pero estaba perfecto, y a la hora de empaquetar todo muy bien envuelto como si fuera muy fragil
