Excelente comunicación desde el principio, nos han preguntado en cada fase si nos parecía bien el resultado. Ha sido un proceso largo. Recomiendo comprar cualquier Funko personalizado con mucho tiempo de antelación, pero una vez terminado nos ha llegado super rápido por mensajería.

Muy buena experiencia. Están durante todo el proceso de fabricación en contacto contigo para que el resultado sea de tu agrado. El tiempo de entrega es exactamente el que te dicen desde un principio. Mi experiencia fue excelente desde el inicio. Primero que nada, la web para armar el funko hasta hacer el pago es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar. Luego, una vez hecho el pago, ellos se comunican directamente vía WhatsApp, en donde se comienza paso a paso la creación del funko personalizado. Yo hice varias modificaciones.. Incluso les hice cambiar el peinado de mi funko y han logrado a LA PERFECCION lo que les he solicitado. Además, ha llegado en la fecha exacta que lo solicité (es muy importante que hagan saber si tienen una fecha puntual). Cuando llegó el funko mi sorpresa fue aún mayor.. La calidad es buenísima, como así también tiene un pequeño imán en cada funko para que se quede firme en la base. Los detalles, todo, es simplemente un regalo increíble para hacer. Lo recomendamos al 100%. Estamos muy contentos!

Les pedí si por favor mi funko podía llegar mucho antes de la fecha prevista ya que lo necesitaba para una fecha en concreto y cumplieron. El funko además ha quedado espectacular y tal cual les dije. Muy atentos y profesionales en todo el proceso.
