Café con un aroma y sabor exquisitos. Los granos tienen un punto de tueste perfecto y con los granos bastante homogéneos. Me gusta el café moderadamente tostado y este café de catunambú cumple este requisito. Tanto el café de tueste natural como el descafeinado de tueste natural son deliciosos. El pedido llegó muy bien embalado y con un detalle de agradecimiento personalizado muy grato. Tienda web totalmente recomendable para adquirir café del bueno a un precio supercompetitivo. Seguiré comprando en esta tienda habitualmente. Muy satisfecho con el proceso de compra.

Ya he dicho el motivo, el servicio de entrega fue pésimo, una pesadilla. Por lo demás todo bien, el café y la web de compra muy bien.

El café muy bueno como siempre pero el servicio de entrega malísimo....Nos decían que estaba en reparto y te tenían todo el día esperando, luego sobre las 18.30 o así mirabas y tenías un mensaje diciendo que de acuerdo con el cliente se entregaba en otro momento o al día siguiente y al día siguiente lo mismo...nos tuvieron así varios días (lo peor estar esperando todo el día sin saber)... tuve que llamar a Catunambú para que hicieran algo (muy amable la chica que me atendió) y gracias a ella conseguimos tener el café en casa (no me acuerdo si dos o tres días después) .

Lo dicho el café me gusta mucho, pero por favor otra compsñía de transportes que cumpla con el cliente
