Es difícil encontrar en cualquier supermercado carnes procesadas sin nitratos y nitritos añadidos como conservantes. Quizás sólo algunos chorizos. Estos conservantes són altamente sospechosos de facilitar la producción de càncer (sobretodo de colon y recto, cuya incidencia no ha dejado de aumentar en Europa en este siglo XXI).

La pinta y el paladar son como de queso artesanal. Lo que me sorprende es la adición de cloruro cálcico para endurecerlo: ¿acaso no bastan por sí solos la leche y los fermentos que siempre se han usado tradicionalmente para la elaboración de los quesos?

Nuevamente he tenido el placer de disfrutar de un buen jamón, en este caso de cebo de campo, el cual está genial, super agradable al paladar, con un aroma intenso y un sabor que llena la boca, con su intensidad, muy sabroso y lo mejor de todo, por lo que destacan los jamones de esta casa, "Sin añadidos ni aditivos" todo natural, un placer para el gusto.
