Nuevamente he tenido el placer de disfrutar de un buen jamón, en este caso de cebo de campo, el cual está genial, super agradable al paladar, con un aroma intenso y un sabor que llena la boca, con su intensidad, muy sabroso y lo mejor de todo, por lo que destacan los jamones de esta casa, "Sin añadidos ni aditivos" todo natural, un placer para el gusto.

A finales de Agosto de los corrientes visitamos Trevelez, y compramos en la tienda de Maruja, varios embutidos y el jamón ibérico de cebo de campo de 50 % raza ibérica, "vaya pasada de jamón, que cosa más rica, estaba en su punto", ¡¡fue un acierto, !! además de la confianza que nos dio el vendedor. Voy a encargar otro para Navidad, este ya lo he terminado.

Muy cómodo por el formato de envasado, yo lo pedí loncheado. Esta muy rica la paleta y el producto es jamon y sal, sin ácido ascorbico y demas conservantes por eso lo compro. Repetire con un jamón cuando acabe la paletilla.
